I've recently purchased a new AKS 3004 stabiliser for my 4X4, only to find that once I engage the handle into the locked position, after I have driven some distance, I find that the handle has jumped up, which leaves me worried as I have a long haul to Cornwall in 6 weeks time and am worried that the stabiliser is not working to its full potential. Any ideas for solving the problem would be greatly appreciated
 
I would expect it more likely to be that something is snarling the handle as you do a turn and, in doing so, pushing it up. Maybe a wiring harness?
