I have a Elddis EX 2000 caravan and it has come equipped with a Keen electronics alarm system. I have owned the van for 30 months with out problem. Due to a faulty leisure battery the Alarm failed,and the key fobs would not recognise the alarm system.On friday last week after advice from Keen electronics I disconnected the alarm system and returned it to Keen on Friday after explaining the problem. To-day I received the system back and reconnected it and it is fully operational. I would like to thank Keen Electronics for their help, advice and excellent customer service.In less than 3 working days they have put my mind at rest and supplied a service you see very occasionaly nowadays,
