Alde heating on Swift 2024 challenger

Hi Folks.

I have Alde and 3030 and new Sargeant panel on my 2024 challenger. The Sargeant panel has timer settings, which can be changed up to 4 times a day, whilst I can change the timer settings, they just don’t have any effect on the Alde heating. The Alde itself has day and night mode, but other than that I can’t use any time on the Alde side.

I have read various reports which say just to use the Alde, but can’t understand why there’s a Sargeant panel with a timer feature that doesn’t work. Someone said there’s a conflict between the 2 different panels.
 
Phone Sargent electrical for clarification tel 01482 678981 and remember to get back to us with the answer. have your caravans Vin number to hand as this help them identify what models/ software versions you have.
 
I think it comes down to how the panel is set up, as to what one is master and what one is slave as to how the system reacts to commands
