alde water heater fan

hi all
just got back from a weekend away and our alde 3010 water heater fan won't go off any one know what would cause this or do i need someone out to look at it, we have a 2011 elddis crusader cyclon, we get hot water and heating fine but the fan just keeps on going

Other than the combustion fan as far as I am aware there is no other fan in the Alde heating.

many thanks for the reply someone else has said that and it runs on gas but we run it off electric never used gas so can't understand why it came on and stayed on amd more importantaly is it safe and will it do any damage.

Are you sure it's not the pump you can hear ( assuming you have a boiler mounted pump

I have never had an alde heater, but I assume there will be some basic fault finding instructions in the user manual. These should indicate what you can easily do as an owner, and anything beyond that really means you need to refer the heater to service agent.
