Alko Shock Absorbers

Having just driven some 1800 miles with the caravan on some of France's worst roads, especially in the towns, I have thought about fitting shock absorbers to the caravan, an Abbey Vogue 460. Can these be fitted if the caravan has a motor mover as there doesn't appear to be much space between the motorassembly and the chassis. The mover is a Truma.

My Avondale has a Carver (Truma) mover fitted and I recently fitted Alko shockers to it. No problems. However my previous caravan which had a Powrtouch mover fitted by myself needed the motors moving outwards 1/2 an inch or so to make more room.

hi JohnM,
yes they can I have a truma mover and fitted after market shockers (from Alko) they do fit just make sure you get the right rating for the caravan weight signfied by colour also there are different positions on the chasis for the mounting choose the one that gives the best clearance,
