Alko Tow Hitch Lock...can I tow with it on?

Unfortunately lost my instructions...think they may of ended up in the bin. I am pretty sure I can tow with this Alko hitch lock fitted to my Alko hitch, but can someone please re-assure me thus is OK before I do...Only picked up the van on saturday and did not have the lock attached for the return journey?

I do...but don't rely on it stopping someone pinching your van off the back of your car at the services or similar. A good crowbar and its off. But in answer to your question ...Yes !

The original AlKo Hitchlock (trade name 'Safety Compact') can be used while towing unless you have an Alko stabiliser manufactured before 1992.

it's a 2004 alko hitch and the lock is new (this week) so sounds like it should be OK, thanks
