Alko wheel lock de-registering problem

I am trying to de-register my wheel lock. I go to the AL-KO site and it says if I registered on the old website I will need to change my password. It asks for my email address which I KNOW is correct and to click on the "Lost my password" button. I do that and I get told I have given the wrong answer!!!
I have tried my email address and my Log in ID and get the same frustrating answer.

Has anyone else had this problem, and if so how did you overcome it??
 
Try a change of browser. I had a website for my institution and they had changed to a newer one. Had similar problems until I changed browser. It did not like Safari.

I am having the same problem, have you resolved this. I have tried a different browser and filled in a support online form but heard nothing.
 
About two months ago we de-registered our ALKO locks and they have since been registered with the new owner no issue. The new owner started the process and ALKO contacted me by email to confirm that the caravan had been sold.
