Thanks for welcomes. I am waiting for an ACE Diplomat van expected end of April or early May.
Have to then work out what accessories I have will be able to go in it.
And how plumbing/water supply will function.
Used to have a 100 litre tank. Already got 50 litre water barrel, and submersible pump, but have to figure out replenishment methods, like perhaps another barrel.

Welcome to the PC forum, where you will find answers to all your queries regarding all things caravanning, from some of the very knowledgeable members on here.
You will find you've made the right decision in changing to a caravan, one plus is that once your caravan is pitched on site, you have the car to get yourselves here and there, without putting all those loose things away before having to drive the whole caboodle off. You'll notice the difference it makes.

Many years of happy and safe caravanning :)

I came to my mind that having to tax & insure motorhome, plus Smart car (!) in trailer was expense that could be reduced.
The Smart is now for sale, as is the trailer used to take it and motorbike behind 'van.
Discovery should be sufficient for towing caravan, and diesel, so in lower tax class.
Just have to load bit less for trips .
