I got mine 3 years ago from Wheel Style Direct on 0705 263431.

You could also try www.tyreline.com who supplied the wheels and could probably give you the name of their agent locally

Caravan alloys aren't any different to car alloys BUT they'll have to be suitable for the loads imposed. Some alloys have the max weight (per wheel) cast on their inside rim.
