Am I Expecting Too Much?

After our holiday in France and looking at how others do things I decided to buy a sun canopy. I intend to use this instead of our awning because we rarely sat in it during the holiday because the weather was super and it'll also save weight. After a lot of deliberation, I've bought an Isabella Loggia 400 and it really is a nice bit of kit and I can't wait to try it out. The one thing that surprised me though, was that a storage bag isn't supplied for the guy ropes, pegs and centre pole attachment. These were just loose in the cardboard box it arrived in.
I can just about squeeze the poles and canopy into the bag provided but there is no room for anything else at all.
I did check with Isabella to see if a bag had been accidentally missed out but, no there isn't a bag.
As it happens I had a spare bag that came with one of my other awnings so, I've put them in that.
At a cost of nearly £450 I really would have thought a bag of some description would have been provided to store these items or am I expecting too much?

I agree. My Isabella wind break came with two bags, one for the windbreak, one for the poles. The bags looked like the one in your picture.

I have a Kampa windbreak that has bags for the windbreak, poles and pegs. In fact both of my Kampa awnings along with an old Sunncamp sun canopy have bags for all components. When the Isabella box arrived, the poles were in the bag but the canopy, pegs and guy ropes were just loose. I rolled the canopy around the poles and after a struggle just managed to squeeze it into the bag. I think it's a bit odd for Isabella to skimp like this. I can't fault Isabella's quality though.

I just purchased an Isabelle Shadow canopy and only got one giant bag that fits everything in. Luckily I have a small bag floating around for the guys and pegs.
