Am I too late for xmas?

Me and the boss have just been discussing christmas. I suggested trying the site at Chirk for 3 nights from 27th dec.

I've just gone and tried to book but it shows as not available.

As its my first year with t' 'van I may not yet be as savvy as others and I am wondering if I've left it too late to book a site for christmas or have I just been unlucky with my choice of site/dates?

Might be an idea to call direct, sometimes, I am told pitches are held back.

A warden told me that the computer shows full when there are only 6 places left so worth a call direct.
