Hi everyone, do you think we've proved to Colin that this forum has"General friendlyness between like minded people who enjoy caravaning" yet or do we need to carry on?
I have a very good mature sense of humour, not the crass stupidity of some contributors to this forum. I enjoy a joke as good as the next person but surely this is a total waste of time and surely there are more concerning issues to be discussed. Could it be that because of some of the comments entered on this site that the magazine is printing such trivial articles such as draining boards to satisfy the petty minded members of the the fraternity.uh ho sense of humour failure here i detect
What a bunch of wallies. No wonder the magazine is printing articles such as draining boards. it is probably there to satisfy the petty minded section of the caravan fraternity who have delight in behaving childishly as demonstrated in this particular topic.
I do not appreciate the smutty comments and topics that a particular Andy places here - is it not time he was banned.

Personally, I enjoy a little humour, especially when it is in a very light hearted vein - I once wrote an assignment about social issues when at college and wrote it about the Woodentops and got good marks.
Now then, why has no-one mentioned Rag, Tag and Bobtail?

I would not ban any form of laughter and enjoyment on any caravan site. As you say life is too short to be miserable. I have worked in further education for many years prio to recent retirement and believe me if you didn't have a sense of humour in that profession you would end up in the "funny farm". If you were to reed another submission I recently made in response to a submission from Tina, I have agreed with her that the sound of children playing and the freedom for them whilst caravaning is a very pleasant sound. I am all for people enjoying themselves. What I am trying to protray is the childish behaviour of some people on what could be an interesting and constructive forum for the benefit of new and seasoned caravaners to express their views in a constructive manner. The rubbish which some people are submitting here is of no use as a means of helping like minded people enjoy their hobby of caravaning and not to fall into any unlikely situation whether it be insurance, poor sites, ferries, technical, etc. So in conclusion I would suggest that this topic be finished and we get back to some usefull comments which can be of benefit to other caravaners.I do not appreciate the smutty comments and topics that a particular Andy places here - is it not time he was banned.
