Her Ladyship informs me that they are now producing a toilet cassette with wheels and a handle to pull it.

Beware, I smell (please forgive pun) something fishy or even worse. Is this the governments way of raising more taxes by making us pay road tax for the said cassette, classing it as a dump truck?
