Hi

Does anyone know the name of the site that appears on the front cover of Aprils Practical Caravan issue ? I know I've seen it printed somewhere but for the life of me can't find it.

Caroline,I saw this lovely-looking site too, and put a post up here asking the same thing as you. It is in fact Park Cliffe Caravan and Camping Estate (????-did they mean Site?) between Newby Bridge and Windermere.

Dear All,

Yep. Park Cliffe is the correct site. We've had a massive amount of queries about where the picture was taken - it's from the top of Moor How, the 240ft hill which overlooks the touring field.

It's definately not a budget option, but it's in a lovely location and is my south Lakes site of choice.
