Could anyone recomend any sites around the Austrian/German border including Bavaria. We are going in August from Amsterdam for 2 weeks. We would like to be within driving distance of both Salzburg and Innsbruck and have two young children (2 & 4.) Thanks Shaun

I have stayed in the chiemgau area of bavaria which sits between salzburg and Innsbruck and Munich .There are many sites in this area espeically around lake chiemsee try www.eurocampings.co.uk , most are in easy distance of the autobahn which connects all 3 cities unfortunatly the site I used to go to no longer operates .
