Awning query

Evening all,being new to touring and still in the process of sorting the van out for our first family outing,so today it was time to put the awning up for the first time since buying our second hand van,because of the previous owners being methodical it was a lot easier than I thought as everything was labled but there was no ground sheet of any description and a couple of the poles were bent or unusable,Iv searched the Internet for replacements but to no avail so I'm looking for help in identifying the awning to see if there is parts available somewhere the only markings I can see are a logo on the front that looks like a C and J and at the bottom it says "international class"made in Denmark,any help is much appreciated,thanks
 
Welcome first of all. can you post a piccy of the awning?

The "ground sheet" is readily available from dealers and indeed on the net, some call it awning carpet, but be aware that most sites now require it to be breathable to allow the grass to flourish.
 
Thanks for the quick reply and thanks for the info on groundsheet,unfortunately the awning has been put away now and because of work I'm not sure when I can put it up again to get pictures.
 
At least When you got your awning it was marked for what to do , when we got ours we had to start from scratch and colour code the poles ! Our first attempt took us over an hour to put up with the help off the couple nxt door ! Good luck .
