awning- the saga continues

Well ive'e been to see my about the awning i ordered three month ago today.

' blue is such a problem and also in that size there is just none about...' was the answer!

All i want is a sunncamp prestige in blue or burgundy size 14 with lightweight poles....do you think I am being lied to ???

3 months, that is just poor service. I'd cancel the order and go buy elsewhere. Try here http://www.homesteadcaravans.co.uk. I just looked and they had a blue size 14 in stock, according to their website. Have not used this company so if I were you I would give them a call rather than order off the web. Hope this helps.
 
I had the same problem trying to get a Prestige awning 2 years ago

despite paying for it in full at the Earls Court show it had still not arrived 4 months later had so many excuses as to why, the truth was they were in a container coming over from China, so I got a full refund and bought a Dorema dearer but came next day and is very good.

There are blue Suncamp awnings available, ours Suncamp ultima 260 arrived the other day, less than a week after we ordered it from Wauby's online. Our caravan is a Bailey Bretangue sorry can't remember the awning size. Wauby's are based at South Cave nr Hull. They have a shop and online ordering. This is the second time we have ordered an awning from them on line and got delivery within a week. Not sure if this helps. good luck Annette

Homestead Caravns are local to me and are a reasonable company to deal with.
