Bailey customer service WOW what service.

Hi all

I had a problem with a double patress back box on my bailey Ranger ser 5 460/4. The back of the box had got damaged some how and on its first service was picked up as being faulty. One was ordered and temp repair made. New one came incorrect item single ordered should have been double. Re-ordered item came in again black should be cream.

After talking on this forum it was suggested I contact Kelly Watts at Bailey,s customer service on 0117-3052939. I explained the problem and the part I needed. No problem sir We will put one in the post for you. Did not ask for any payment or postage costs NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Nothing seem to be to much trouble.

In these troubled times its nice to here of good customer practice.

I quite agree its nice to see good words instead of manufacturers being slagged off all the time.

Im the proud owner of an Ace Supreme (SWIFT)Ive bought it second hand 4years old shower not that good now I have to say Kath at Swifts has picked this up on the forum and has sent me a new part to try .

I only asked if there was anything I could do to iomprove the shower,so Kath if you read this many many thanks.

Patress boxes are the boxes your eleck switches and 13amp plug,s

are fitted into. If you look on you Bailey 460/4 the switches that control the eleck hot water and the gas hot water are on the side panel of the fixed bed. Lift bed up and on the back of these switches you will see the patress box. Protects the wiring and you.
