Bailey Madrid 2016 - removal of wiring cover/conduit

Anyone know how i remove this cover - Bailey Madrid, 2016, rear bathroom above the shelf. I need to access the wiring behind it.

Is it just clipped in place? Don't want to pull to hard in case it's screwed/glued and I break it.

I think they click on, sort of opposing zig zag style, if they are like the shower trim they are great fun ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

thanks - it worked. i got the hair dryer on it to warm it up a bit first, then it clipped out after a bit of effort, then clipped back in again.
