Bailey Pageant Bedroom Door Problems

I have as5 Pageant Bordeaux that has a sliding 'wooden' door fitted between the bedroom and living areas. The door consists of two panles suspended on a plastic track that is screwed to the ceiling of the van. The door is not supported on its bottom edge. When not in use the door is slid back into its recess and latched to stop it sliding out when towing. The van is 2005 and when it was only 12 months old the track started to come away from the van ceiling. This was fixed under warranty but it has now done it again and this time the track within the recess has broken. I suspect that the problem is that the door is to haevy for its track fixings and being stowed over the nearside wheel road bumps put more load onto the track fixings than they can cope with.

I am thinking of taking the door out completely and fitting a concertina door. Has anyone else had this problem and come up witha solution, or know of a supplier of concertina doors?

Cheers
