Bailey Pageant Series5 Brentagne

Hi can some one please help. I have a van as per the subject title above. I have measured the awning rail ground to ground of approx 950cm. Bailey spec is 960cm. I bought a 1000cm new england outdoor revolution , stamped 1000cm with documentation but its too sort by 200mm approx.Any advice please.

As Dustydog has suggested, confirm the correct size of the awning by physically measuring it.
Must admit to being a bit puzzled though as to why you would buy a 1000 awning for a 960 caravan?

When you say it is too short, are you expecting the awning rail beading to go all the way from the very bottom of the rail one side all the way to the bottom of the rail the other side? When you have the awning on the rail the beading generally starts and stops a bit above the ends of the rail, but the remainder of the canvas covers the gap.
