Hi, we are thinking of buying the new Bailey Ranger 550/6. This would be our first brand new caravan and I want to make sure everything goes ok. I was hoping to get any useful advice when buying new in general and also any feedback on the caravan we are buying, the reasons for choosing this model is the fixed bunks at the rear, the value for money and low MTPLM. So if you could help with anything it would be much appreciated, many thanks. Craig.
 
Craig we have the 2003 model and we love it. our oldest son sleeps in one of the bunks and our little one sleeps in the side dinnette, my husband put one of the sides from the swing crib across it to stop him from rolling out. We tow with a VW touran and have no problems. In all we are really pleased with it, we are a family of 4 and we have lots of room. Easy enough to set up on arrival. If there was a negative it would be the positioning of the TV airial only because if you take a TV with you it takes up the space above the fridge which is a pest if you are making dinner. I hope your search is successful. Bare in mind these are only my thoughts and dont forget to haggle!!!
