Bailey S6 Pageant Monarch

Dad in Law used his exterior electric point for the first time last week. He opened the caravan door and it crushed the plug cover!! It seems you can only use the electric point when the door remains shut!! The socket is next to the hinge side of the door.

Anyone else had this issue?

On my Series 6 Majestic it is at the other side of the door so not an issue ... but I did wonder about the placement of the socket on other models.

Hi thanks for telling us about this, we have a series 6 Monarch and ahve only had a couple of weekends away so far but are about to go off for summer holidays next week so will keep this in mind. Hope father in law is pleased with his caravan, we are.
