Just had the second 12V power supply fail in the same number of weeks.

Does anyone have similar problems?

Should I replace again with like for like - or are there any better supplies out there?

Sorry forgot to say .

Series 6 and just over 2 years old - so still covered by warranty.

However were off on our summer hols before too long and dont want to have the problems we had last week when the supply faialed and we only found out when the leisure battery "died" leaving us with no lights etc (all elec 12V apart from heating elements.

Thankfull the site wardens were very helpful and charged the battery the next day that then gave us enough power to manage for the rest of the easter weekend. (Many thanks Oakdown!!)

Bailey usually fit a 20a psu, which should be ok, mine is still working at 6 years old.

But they do run hot, put you hand on it an you will see what i mean.

Get it replaced and do what you can to allow air flow round the unit, do not pack anything near it, on very hot days if possible leave a door open, cupboard or bunk, depending on location, my 2004 senator is under the bunk, also i have refitted the unit to allow air flow at the back of the unit, packed it off, and drilled 2" holes in the wood behind it, over heating is a killer of all electrical devices, just apply common sense.
