Bailey Unicorn 5 front blind

Hi all,
We changed our Unicorn 4 Cabrera 2019 for a 2024 Unicorn 5 Cabrera which had a huge front window, and whereas the old van had a "divided" front window, the new one is in one piece, as is the blind.

So the issue. After a few weeks when we got the van new, the front blind started to sag and wouldn't retract properly. I registered the fault with my dealer and a new blind arrived after a long wait, and was fitted in May when the van was serviced. First trip away since then, and we're already back to a saggy, non retracting blind...

Have any other Bailey owners had this issue and found a way to prevent it? When I got the worksheet from the service and warranty the technician had written "fitted new front blind, and this one will fail just the same way"...

In frustration....

Probably not relevant but might be worth checking.

On my Elddis, it has a single blind the full width of the front. When we got it I noticed that the blind is fixed to the caravan wall at three points. Each end and the middle. The middle support was upside down so not actually holding the blind up, just keeping it in place against the wall and it was tricky to pull down without the centre part of the blind bending down. I suspect it was done like this because to fit it the other way up to support the blind in the middle is a tricky process. I know that because I turned it up the other way for better support.

Then when it went in to the shop to fix some damp over the front window, they removed the blind and on refitting it put the middle support back as it was....providing no support in the middle.
