BBC Journalists told to look sweaty and dirty!

Unbelievable🤣🤣

Reporters working on an upcoming BBC News channel have been told that looking “sweaty and dirty” on-air can make them appear more genuine to audiences, reported Deadline.

I suppose the context of where the journalist is reporting from has a bearing. Example from the front line in Ukraine or in the Turkish earthquake zone. But from the studio wouldn’t be appropriate.

Looking at a BBC news app there’s an article that staff in companies working a trial four day are healthier amongst other things. But the picture shows a lady with a pile of cakes in front of her.
