Beechwood Caravan Site York

I am not refering to the Caravan Club Site (Beechwood Grange) at York but the comercial site next to it. On the map it is one field away and in March it is only £27.00 per night. Has anybody stayed there ? I shall be doing a recce next week and will be using in preference to the Club next time
 
I haven"t stopped there but at that priced it sounds very reasonable because we went to a site called York Naburn Lock caravan park we had a serviced pitch it was £35 per night
