Bensheim, Frankfurt site near by ?

Does anyone know of a site that is close by ? CL or mega site , anything will do !

We live only 20 minutes outside Frankfurt, close to the junction of the A3 and A66 motorways. If we're at home while you're travelling through, you're welcome to park your caravan behind our back garden. We'll give you a free electric hook-up if you want.

Failing that, have a look at this MAP. It shows all the campsites in the Frankfurt area listed in the German Auto Club guide (the ones with blue arrow are open all year, red ones not). If you find a location that catches your fancy, let me know and I'll give you the details.

Lutz, that's an incredibly generous gesture, many thanks. However, the reason for my visit is that my brother lives in Bensheim (at the weekends )so I was going to visit himon my planned September tour of Europe instead of flying over as per usual.As he has an apartment , there is no where to park my van ! The map you have linked to shows there may well be a site fairly close by.Any idea which is the closest ? Many thanks.
