Best adhesive to replace car door seal.

Washing the car today I noticed on the NSR door lower edge a door seal had partially come away. It’s not positively located and must have come loose when a relatives dog scrambled in to the rear seat. I was going to use Evostick but wondered if others have used something different to attain a long term repair.

On a previous Ford Focus I reapplied the neoprene door trims with ‘3M Strong Automotive Tape’ which is available on a reel in various widths from the usual websites
Chatted with my daughter this morning and she had a 2015 Focus where the bottom section of the door seals tended to loosen and drop down. She had it repaired using double sided automotive trim tape. It resolved the problem for the remaining two years that she owned it. I’ve some spare 3M square sections that came with our dashcams. So I will use one of those as at present the problem length is only around 2 cms or so. A stitch in time…..
