The photo below shows the meanderings of a car that was returned after its lease expired in January 2025. It sat on a garage forecourt until being sold in London. Clearly the garage did not set infotainment and navigation to makers default, nor has the new owner registered it with the makers portal. The previous owner who let it go in January had cleared personal data but not defaulted to makers settings. So whilst sorting out redundant apps on the phone a quick look revealed quite a lot of info wrt the car. Excellent mpg especially for London area. 🤭
