We were looking at here for next August, but after much consideration, we decided to go here http://www.fieldsendfishing.co.uk/ which is in the same area.

I have to say though the site looks lovely and we still might visit at some point.
 
We have been to Fields End for a couple of days earlier this year. Nice site, unfortunately the CL section was fully booked so we were in the general camping area but still very nice and peaceful. My other half says fishing in the 2 ponds was OK but just be wary where your fishing spot is if it's a windy day. The only downside if you can call it that, was it was reasonably priced but on speaking to the owner he said he was possibly putting the site fee up by
