Blinds

Hi,

Ifyou have a look at one side of the blind level with the roller blind you will see an oblong slot, large enough to take a large screwdriver. Insert the screwdriver blade and turn the "Screw". Not a screw as such, but the blind tensioner. You have to wiggle it so that it will come clear of the casing. Be warned, it is under sprung tension, and will undo if you are not careful.

I find the best way to tension the blind is to let the all the spung tension release itself, and then lower the blind.

Wind the slot until the blind starts to roll up again, and when it reaches the top, give a few extra turns to make sure.

Its all a bit tricky, but you will get the hang of it.

I have even had to take one whole blind off to re-tension it. A Siwne of a job really.

Have fun !!!!

Once you have them adjusted right, don't leave them down when you are not using the caravan. some people do so that their neighbours cant see into the van, but this affects the springs.
