Is it normal for the oven flame to blow out when it’s windy?

Yes , it does happen. Usually at the start and particularly with door open. If it does all the time there is a problem.

Possibly depends on the layout, but if the cooker is next to the open door then yes.

Our Bailey Pageant Bordeaux oven had a tendency to go out even if the caravan door was kept closed. But after a couple of minutes warm through it was then stable.
