Brackets for AL-KO side lift jack

Hi

Has anyone else had problems fitting these brackets to their caravan? The chassis has the pre-drilled holes ready to accept the brackets, but the brackets themselves don't fit. I have a Swift Charisma and there is a bolt sitting right in the way of where the brackets should go on both sides of the caravan.

Being new to caravanning I can't believe that caravans are sold without the means to jack them up to change a wheel without an after sales bracket system being required. And then the system itself doesn't seem to fit!

Any help much appreciated. (Pretty frustrated right now).

Relieved to say I'm not so daft after all - I was beginning to question myself!

A call to AL-KO revealed I had been sent the wrong parts and replacements are en route. Mat there was very helpful.
