bradcott porch awning

Hi all newbie here and need some help i have bought a used bradcott porch awning if anyone out there has one can you tell me how to get the base unit and extention in the awning rail and zipped up and not have a gap between the the two canvases at the top of the awning rail. I have put it up half a dozen times and still can't lose the gap it's now doing my head in. Cheers all.

We have a Bradcot porch but have never had the problem. Basically before you zip anything in you should have the canvas fairly loose to get the bits together without straining them and tighten it up afterwards. If this does not work then I am wondering if yours is faulty.

Hopefully I've done this right my porch awning is a bradcott modus bradcott only shows the frame the instructions are printed and so dark iccan't understand the wording or pictures i know i sound stupid but I have had a caravan for 30 years but this awning has really got to me.

Thank you dd for the clip I've seen this on the bradcott website yes it shows how it goes up that's Ok but it is the part at the top of the awning where the two canvases meet i will get my daughter to show me how to send photos.im not that good with the the world of high tech thanks again.
