We've been talking here in the office, and if stickers is what you want... then who are we to deny you. The guys are a bit busy at the moment on the new and exciting June edition, so bear with us, but we shall sort something out. Here's a challenge for you: what should they say? Would be a bit boring if they just said Practical Caravan. We'll find a caravanning gift for anybody who submits a (usable) suggestion that we like enough to use! Have fun...

OK Andrew,

As my 18 year old daughter would say, here are our family's entries just for sh*ts and giggles....

After a bottle of chardonnay and ahhemmm of Bacardi, our thoughts are in no particular order.........

"Its Twitterrific.....www.twitter.com/pcaravan"

"Stick 'em up!!! Its PC to follow Practical Caravan...."

"Tow the line......it has to be Practical Caravan"

"Practical Caravan For'um - For 'im, for 'er, for all!"

"You'd be porta potti to miss Practical Caravan!"

"Come mud or high water, follow Pracical Caravan - you oughta!"

and my son's entry,

"You'll look like a dick if you give it a stick.."

Well, this thread has made us smile anyway!!

Let's see and take things into perspective. How many caravanners are ther in the UK? How many of them belong to this forum? Probably less than .0001%which is what your chances are of seeing another forum member on site and the same applies to most other forums.

Hi Ian

The forum is only a tiny part of the website and the magazine is the leading caravan related publication in the UK.

Taken from Haymarket's own company website the figures for hits onto this site according to their text are as follows:

'The Practical Caravan website, PracticalCaravan.com , is an integral part of what makes the brand such a success.

The site's figures continue to rise: it now gets 65,000 unique visitors and a monthly average of 710,000 page impressions.

As well as a buzzing forum, visitors to the site are presented with a complete A-Z guide to caravanning. There's information on what to buy, where to holiday (plus links to a campsite-finding website) and how to get the most from the hobby. Visitors can even book their holiday through Practical Caravan .'

So although the chances of meeting a fellow forum member might not be that great the chances are that someone who has used part of the website or bought a copy of the magazine are better than average.

How about some Practical Caravan window bullet hole stickers like they had in the sixties. Or may be a Practical Caravan Tigers Tail to hang in the window of the caravan if you want to indentify yourselves.

I cant remember what I am thinking of but someone had a phrase that would be good for a sticker a bit like if there was someone behind you who wasnt a caravvaner--About the amount of holidays a caravvaner has per year, compared to a non-vanner. Can anyone sum up what I am going on about? That would be a help, thanks.

If I go away to the max in my caravan for the year I really feel that I will have caught more than 2wks sun spread out over that time. Thats what I say to people who have a fortnight package holiday and thats it for the year.

How about something along the lines of - 'caravanners do it more often' or 'Caravanners get more sunshine'.

My slogan would be:

Practical Caravan rallying round - our know how means you're away now !
