Ive a lunar venus 490/4 2014. Please be kind. Im a single lady owner and knows nothing. Im looking for a corner steady legs. As mine unfortunately snapped while I was winding it down. Presumably it was previously damaged before handing it over to my through private sale. Where can I find the right parts? There's so many online. Ive tried looking for the part number but there isn't any. Can someone help?

You'd need to state whether it's front or rear - as they are different.

There's also a difference between normal and heavy duty - this is a picture of a normal one https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/267208002364?_skw=alko+corner+steady&epid=22033703971&itmmeta=01K1FHPZWNG6RZ9QMPHWFATXHV&hash=item3e36d68b3c:g:XXwAAOSwTXpmqQgl&itmprp=enc:AQAKAAAA0IUNi59bckQcV2ImusJGAkEm1xhxI8ipqzXtrOotSKjLA6eTmJTZ6Sd2ijKJHD0QbgNN/v78WktcIHi0btSkP78eWSz2c96Ha/J2vLD6raB+R6yfpaC/YTOiTT2zK1FHuq0X+ZUjGw2jMMSjIjB8FPPHDR++THeBtm2DcTfSVDXqFUyHdOMyjrons8zmA2WSumw9nuav8TX8QkPn3IqEHpnDuN3U0hQw+/lKc5l1ScYYwQ3rSRlCvmUw4jKTtpm2nWLM46+XnnXt8M7MIr092QY=|tkp:Bk9SR8r-2_GLZg

If parts of it are still in place My advice would be to check underneath your caravan and look for the nuts that hold the steady in place and give them a good application of penetrating oil such as WD 40,re apply after a couple of hours.this help will make its removal.it would be good practice to check the others to make sure the long screw thread has a visible coat of grease,if not use one that contains molybdenum,,check at Toolstation or car accessory shop...1 If you find the nuts are seized try to undo then tighten slightly apply penetrating oil then repeat ...(to avoid breaking bolts) 1..good luck Gary

Please use WD40 penetrating oil not Original WD40 as thats just a water dispersant ( thats what the W & D stand for). You could always ask a mobile caravan engineer to attend and undertake the work search:- www.mobilecaravanenginers.co.uk and click on 'find an engineer'. The nuts holding the legs on can be difficult to unscrew and there are several techniques for getting the nuts off whilst holding the bolts and the engineer will know how.
Once off , measure the distance between the two bolt holes and pick the closest one on the web ,Remember you can always drill new holes in the replacement leg to fit the spacing of the bolts on the caravan.
