Can anyone recommend a site in Brittany that is open until the end of September, looking for next year.

It would be more helpful to know what type of site and facilities you require?

Sorry, yes looking for somewhere we can take 2 dogs for beach walks, swimming pool bar and restaurant not important.

Devon boy, check out the ACSI website, they quote most of the sites, but a couple of years ago in October some of the sites closed earlier than posted. We also have two dogs and in winter stay at Monteuil sur mer , near Le Touqet, where we can go to the beaches about 20 minutes drive away.

Look at Pontorson which is quite close to St Michaels Mount. The site used to known to Brits as Halitosis because of the nearly identical spelling but I think now is under one of the bigger French site operators. However, I don't expect the site has changed much - it had good big pitches, walking distance into town, supermarket about 5 minutes. Beaches west of St Michaels and those along south west side of Cherbourg peninsular should be within easy driving time
