Can't comment on your particular model but on the whole Burstner have quite a good reputation in their home market. A sort of middle-of-the-road caravan with regard to quality and features.
I cannot on the model given but we own a 500ts which we purchased in France. this is the second Burstner we have bought this way. Both have been excellent without any problems or serious warranty work. They have been used winter and summer. A service in France is 48 euros yes 48!!!!
