Buying Accessories in Europe

I was looking to buy two Isabella windbreaks and a 950 awning.

Someone at work suggested I try getting them in the Netherlands.

Each windbreak here costs £140.00 and the awning we like is over £1200. I know if we buy the awning here it is nice to be able to go back to the dealer if there are any defects, but the chances of any faults with a windbreak or Isabella's quality should be slim. Had a look at tenttent.com........Any Thoughts.

You'll need to brush up on your Dutch, but yes - I'm a regular customer of "Camping Sport De-Wit" in Schijndel (between Den Bosch and Eindhoven) or "CampoWorld" in Rotterdam - but since I work in Rotterdam and live in the UK (and Brielle in Holland) that's not an issue for me.

And check beforehand that they have what you want in-store (you may need to pre-order) - and it's probably best to make contact by e-mail, confirm list prices and their best "discount" price before heading off to CloggieLand

Thanks for the tips, I am in Aberdeen and will get a dutch freind of my wife from the oil company she works for to translate. had a quick look at the websites and there isn't a hells chance of me finding an Isabella windscreen. I have been to Amsterdam many times but forgot written dutch was so hard.
