Haynes workshop caravan manual by John Wickersham

Point well made there Custard, but if you canโ€™t find any Graphite lock lubricant, then a quick squirt of expanding foam should do the trick, but remember to wipe off the excess as it oozes out !

Whatever you do, never, ever use WD-40 :evil:
 
I still have a can of "Three in One" oil that I use for the door and other locks and hinges, , and in winter a squirt of lock deicer.

Oh my wonโ€™t a mineral oil eventually dry and leave more residue than WD40, which you will then need to remove 3in1 residue.
