There is going to be a big rush and demand will outstrip supply , so im going to wait until next year and use the gas that i have before exchanging them.

The problem I see (fear) is that the numbers involved (now I've seen some estimates) is that the chances of replacing that number of cylinders is months if not years. As some one has already stated it is sometimes quite difficult to find one replacement, in ordinary trading times, let alone thousands - in panic situations!
