This year the Camping Cheque website will allow you to search for sites by 'date'. Yesterday I spent some time updating my spreadsheet of those sites which accept Camping Cheques during the school holidays, and found the website search wasn't working correctly. However, today this appears to have been corrected, so it's now possible to input a date and find all the sites which will accept Camping Cheques on that date.

This is a major breakthrough and should help those who are looking for sites in the school holidays to find potential bargains. On some sites you can save up to 40 euros per night by using a Camping Cheque.

Don't use the old website address, which was www.campingcheque.co.uk - this is still the old version of the website.

For anyone who's interested, I have listed all the sites, with the 'normal' site tariffs,and also the child supplements (some still at 2009 rates, but an indication nevertheless) so you can see how much your potential saving might be . Email me for details.

I did insert a hyperlink to the new website in my previous post (copied from another forum with an easy way to insert links) but forgot that it wouldn't work on this website. I shall have to practice how to do it on here!
