Has anyone used this site?

We are booked into this site for 5 days in early December to visit some Christmas markets and wondered if it is ok (hopefully).
 
We stayed there overnight in Jan 2006, hard standing and a warm san. block. Not too far to walk to a shopping centre and possible to walk to town if weather okay. It wasn't when we were there.
