campsites near Valence

Any good idea,s for stop over sites near Valance.We have lots of children in our party so swimming poool would be great.Many thanks Ali

We've stayed at La Grand Lierne at Chabeuil, which is reasonably near to Valence, and has a good pool complex, and a restaurant serving a good range of food including a children's menu. May be busy, though, in peak season. Shady pitches, good sanitary facilities, good play areas. We did an overnight stop, but it was in early June - can't say what it would be like in mid July/mid August.
