Im looking for a fixed bed van where you can walk around so I dont have to climb over the wife and she doesnt have to climb over me to go to the loo (old age thing).The problem I have is shipping length can be no more than 22 feet 4 ins due to where i store the van.Is there anything out there that fits the bill.

The Bailey Senator virginia is 23'7, single axle. A foot or so too long.

I have the louisiana which is almost the same layout but at 28' with twin axle. The bedroom is identical.

The walk around (Island) bed is a real treat for the reasons you mention above. A real home from Home. Infact better than our bed at home.

Bailey and Swift do a single axle with end fixed bed in the centre. Shower midway opposite kitchen. Shipping length about 7.2 metres. The length can be saved in the front seats so you get a narrow double there and on choice of singles at the front.
