Just a reminder Dont forget when changing insurance companies to tell them you have a tow bar fitted. Just informed mine
and they put an entry into the "car modification" section which is something I hadnt noticed in previous years they didnt
add any extra to premium but cant be too careful nowdays.
 
hi all,
there was a longish debate a while ago as to what constitutes a factory fitted tow bar, but that aside your car insurers really should be informed that you have one and tow a caravan it will save a load of hassle later on in the event of a claim arising out of a problem while towing.
