Hi

You mesure all the way round the channel that the awning slides into. We only have a small 13footer but the measurement is virtually 7mtrs.

You then give this measurement with the model of your caravan to your inteded supplier and Hey Presto job done.

Patricia is nearly right but the measurements from ground level>up round the awning rail and > down to ground level the other end....not just the channel section

Hi David, we had a similar problem when we bought our caravan. We went to our local caravan shop gave them the model and year they looked it up on there computer and hey presto, new awning.

I'm sure your any caravan shop will be able to do the same.
