I'll probably get into trouble for saying this, but Caravan Guard have been as much use to us as a chocolate teapot. I'd be interested to hear if anyone else has had similar problems.
When our caravan was 10 weeks old a young driver drove into the side of it, pulling onto a main road while we were travelling in the inside lane. This happened in August last year, it's now May and we still haven't had our excess back as the other driver is trying to make out it was our fault. We feel Caravan Guard, while sympathetic every time we ring, haven't been fighting our corner. Now we have to renew our insurance and we have no No Claims Discount because some little idiot wasn't looking where he was going. :-(
