I am hoping to get my first caravan this year, i have been doing a lot of reading on the subject but have not read anything on maximum lengths for towing, is there such a thing and if there is can anybody tell me what it is.

We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. Kevin - for most normal towcars including 4x4's the maximum length is restricted to a body length of 7 metres (excluding the drawbar) anything bigger requires a minimum tug weight of 3500kg which takes you into commercial vehicle land.
